Am I Eligible to Donate?
Most healthy individuals between the ages of 18 and 65 can donate blood. Here are some basic eligibility criteria:
- Minimum weight of 45 kg
- Hemoglobin level of at least 12.5 g/dL
- No history of major illnesses or recent surgeries
- Not taking certain medications
